Access to the Embryo Viewer

There are three ways to access the Embryo Viewer’s data:

  1. You can access the Interactive Embryo Viewer (IEV) directly by using . Once you’ve landed on the IEV homepage, you will then be able to search by Gene name, colony or MGI ID.
  2. In the Data Focus section under Data in the main navigation, look for Embryo Imaging or click directly . Here, a list of all the genes with available data is displayed. Simply click on a cell associated with the gene of interest to access the interactive viewer. (Access to images of early lethal IMPC phenotypes from our collaborators at the University of Massachusetts Amherst is also provided.)
  3. The other way is through the Gene pages. For each gene the presence or absence of embryo data is indicated on the summary section at the top of the page in the ‘Embryo Viewer’ part (3D imaging or N/A).
