Accessing the Data

IMPC data is freely available to download and use. You can also use images and charts. If you use data or images in a publication or grant application, please do cite the IMPC website www.mousephenotype.org and the following publication:

Data can be accessed in different ways. You can use the search box in our Homepage to look for a selected gene or phenotype of interest, search the static content using the Search button on the top right-hand corner of the Homepage or retrieve bulk data using the links below. Please note the information on our latest data release.
