How do I download IMPC data?

All data is available through our FTP site, including dedicated IMPC reports.

On the Gene and Phenotype pages, search for the buttons that allow you to download the data you are viewing (Chart pages).

You can also access all data programmatically using our API. When using the API, note that the default number of results returned is set to 10.
