Phenotype page

Genes for which a significant association to a particular phenotype has been made are listed in these pages. You get to a Phenotype page by searching for a phenotype of interest in the centrally located search box on the IMPC Homepage. For example, you can type terms like “glucose”, “cholesterol”, “coat” or “limb” to see suggestions. Examples: polydactyly | increased circulating HDL cholesterol level.

The table shows the genes and alleles for which a significant association to that phenotype has been found. By clicking on the gene of interest, you can access the chart page for the relevant parameter.

Scroll down the Phenotype page to see additional summary information.
