Highlights

Data release 15.1

Release notes:

Represents a minor data release.
This release

  • Is the first release analyzed using the Smooth Window package. SmoothWin selects controls that are closest in time to when the mutants were generated as described in Soft windowing application to improve analysis of high-throughput phenotyping data.
  • For some histopathology, gross pathology, haematology, and clinical chemistry data, the date of sacrifice is now used as date of experiment to calculate the age of animal when the experiment was performed.
