Data release 21.0 is now live!
This major data release includes phenotyping data for 8,901 genes from 9,594 mutant lines with around 3.4 million new data points. We have reached 106,561 phenotype calls, with the addition of 2031 new phenotype calls from this release!
In addition to the new data, the Embryo landing page has been updated for easier exploration of the data from the embryo procedures. Data on windows of lethality based on FUSIL categories (https://europepmc.org/article/PMC/6994715) is now available; these windows indicate at what stage of development embryonic death occurs. Heatmap indicating embryo data availability for each gene is now accessible on the main landing page as well.
Other updates include:
- Change in the n-numbers needed to make sex-specific viability calls
- Exclusion of ‘no data’ categories from the Eye morphology statistical analysis
