Data release 13 has been published on the IMPC website. The number of phenotyped mutant lines has reached 7,970 bringing the total number of phenotyped genes to 7,360.

Data release 13 is a major data release and includes higher sensitivity of phenotype annotation so that many ‘abnormal’ phenotype calls now read as ‘increased’ or ‘decreased’ respectively, as well as the addition of more than 30,000 images. Changes also include the removal of approximately 20,000 duplicate phenotype calls, the details of which can be found on our FTP server here or download directly here.
