Data release 11 has been published on the IMPC website. The number of phenotyped mutant lines has reached 6,900 bringing the total number of phenotyped genes to 6,440.
Data release 11 is a major data release and is the first to include data from the late adult pipeline. It includes 60 million new data-points, 590 thousand images and incorporates data from the Czech Centre for Phenogenomics group. This release also changes the method for associating background strain to colony, which was required for the alignment of some colonies to their corresponding control group.
