Data release 7.0: now 4,820 phenotyped genes

Data release 7.0 has been published on the IMPC website. Over 500 new genes have been added, bringing the total number of phenotyped mutant lines to over 5000 (5,186). Additionally, 7,000 new phenotypes have been added since the previous release. This brings the total number of phenotype calls to 60,670.

Some other changes since the last data release include statistical analysis of eye parameters to no longer include categories ‘no data left eye’ and ‘no data right eye’, and the inclusion of derived parameter calculation for heart weight normalised against body weight. The total mutant lines and mice for each centre are summarised in the table below:
