The IMPReSS project is used to host the new IMPC Pipeline which is a standardized pipeline that many international phenotyping centres have agreed to use to put their mice through. It contains procedures that are done at various stages in mouse development, including the emryonic stage. The Pipeline presents a list of Procedures that all centres may choose to submit for. While centres are able to submit data for the IMPC Pipeline, they can also develop their own pipelines which are hybrids of the IMPC Pipeline containing all the mandatory Procedures from that pipeline, some optional ones and one or more additional Procedures specific to that Centre.
An example of a Hybrid Pipeline is the Harwell Pipeline. It inherits all the Procedures of the IMPC Pipeline bar one (Heart Weight [IMPC_HWT_001]) and substitutes it for a more robust, Harwell-specific procedure, Organ Weight [HRWL_OWT_001]. The Organ Weight Procedure is also able to inherit the Parameters from the Heart Weight Procedure and augment it with some custom ones like Spleen weight and more. Many centre-specific procedures do not have an IMPC equivalent and are special to a centre. Some centres do similar procedures but under different conditions and so these tests are considered seperate.
Pipelines have unique identifiers that indicate their identity as well as their version. The IMPC_001 key identifier indicates it is version 1 of IMPC Pipeline. Procedures and Parameters native to that Pipeline will have the prefix of the pipeline identifier present in their key as well; Looking at Procedure IMPC_XRY_001, it's easy to tell that this is version 1 of the X-Ray Procedure from the IMPC Pipeline (though it does not indicate which version of the IMPC Pipeline).
The IMPReSS website also contains historical pipelines inherited from its predecessor (EMPReSS) which were created for the EUMODIC project, and while these are accessible through the website, they are deprecated and it is recommended to use the new IMPC Pipeline going forward.
The schematic image on the IMPReSS homepage (depicted below) displays the Procedures in the IMPC Pipeline and each Procedure is clickable.

Figure 1: A diagrammatic representation of the Procedures done in the IMPC Pipeline. The diagram shows the week the experiments are done in and whether they are mandatory, non-mandatory or in development.
At this point in time, not all the Procedures have been entered into the database so clicking on some Procedures will not take you to their description. The Weight Curve graphic can be clicked and will take you to the Body Weight Procedure.
The other Pipelines, as well as the IMPC Pipeline, can be accessed by clicking the Pipelines link in the main menu or selecting individual Pipelines from the drop-down menu that appears when you hover over the Pipelines button in the main menu.
