Following on from the previous release, the checksum has now been also added to URLs such as the example http://sandbox.mousephenotype.org/mediaapi/J?start=0&resultsize=50

Both these changes are live on sandbox (sandbox.mousephenotype.org/mediaapi)

Add sequence IDs and increments to dccUrl endpoint results
These have been added to the dccurl endpoints so that users can get full measurement contexts. Added checksum to other URLS besides dccURL
