IMPC GitHub

The MPI2 GitHub organisation holds code repositories to manage software developed by the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC). Some notable repositories are impc-etl, openstats and impc_stats_pipeline that are used for data transformation and analysis, the impc-mousephenotype-web repository that contains code for the IMPC web portal, and the impc-data-api-workshop that contains material from a course on how to extract data from the IMPC API services.

Physiology Analysis Tool

Tools for analysis and visualization of physiological signals (ECG, EEG, EMG, BP, Plethysmography, Pneumotachography, Video, …)
This software was driven by efforts of the Cardiovascular and Metabolism Working Group of the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium. It is intended to be a Free and Open Source Software Solution to aid in the analysis of physiological signals.
